How to use this website

Make the words bigger. At the very top of the page you’ll see three letters: A, a bigger A, and the biggest A. Press one to grow all the text. The site remembers your choice.

Turn on high contrast. Next to the letters is a “High contrast” button. Press it for bold black-and-white colors that can be easier to read.

Have the page read to you. Press “🔊 Read this page aloud” and the computer will read the words out loud. Press “⏹ Stop reading” to stop.

Choose your device. Tell us whether you’re using a phone, tablet, or computer. Then our guides use the right words for you — like “tap” on a phone or “click” on a computer. Try it here:

Find your way around. The menu at the top has Learn, Stay Safe, For Families, and Get Help. On a small screen, press ☰ Menu to open it.

Talk to a person. See the blue phone button at the top? You can press it to call us any time during opening hours. There is never a wrong question.
